CLASS GUIDELINES

Bookings:

Advanced booking is required via the Wellness Forward Group application. Your membership must be active and free of outstanding balances to book classes. Bookings open every Thursday at 12 PM for a 10-day schedule. Bookings may be canceled with no penalty up to 12 hours prior to the start of class.

First-timer:
Arrival 15 minutes before the start of class is required for first-time attendees of all programs to ensure we can show you around the facilities, set you up in the class, and address any health and safety needs.

Class entry:
Please note, you need to arrive in advance of the class where you will be marked Attended or No Show accordingly. If you have not checked in with the Service Team on time, all slots will be released at the start time of the class and given to members on Wait List or new bookings.

We observe a no late entry policy. Please arrive ahead of time to allow time to check in and prepare for the class; in exceptional cases of lateness, if there Is still available space in the class for your reservation that was not taken by a member from Wait List or new booking,  you will be allowed to enter maximum up to 5 minutes from class start time.

Cancellations:
If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Penalties apply for no-shows and late cancellations; a no-show includes not arriving or arriving late to a booked class, and a late cancellation is defined as canceling less than 12 hours before the start time. Depending on your membership, you will be charged a penalty fee for the above or your booking option will be suspended for 3 days once you are marked as a Late Cancellation or No Show 3 times in a cycle of one month. Penalties will reset to zero (0) every 30 days.

Attire:
Appropriate closed-toe, non-marking, rubber-soled sports shoes are required for all classes except those held in the Mind Body studios.

Grip socks are required for your safety and comfort. Please ensure you bring and wear them, or you will be asked to purchase a pair from reception before your class.

Mobile Phones:
Please leave your cell phone in your locker to ensure everyone’s best class experience and participation—no mobile phones are allowed in the class.
