BOOTY BURN AND CORE

Booty Burn and Core is precisely what it sounds like! Experience the ultimate lower body burn, focusing on toning your abdominals and lifting your booty. This class is designed to push you to a deep burn that strengthens your stability muscles, improves balance, and sculpts your core—all to the rhythm of the music.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Vinyasa Flow is a moving meditation that focuses on the relationship between mind, body, and breath as you seamlessly flow from one posture to another. Using breathwork and dynamic movements, you’ll increase your strength, mobility, and flexibility. The challenging sequences will create transformation inside and out. Suitable for all levels.

PILATES BURN

Pilates Burn is a creative, challenging, and upbeat sculpting and toning class. It combines standing and mat-based Pilates exercises designed to bring your muscles to fatigue, or the “Pilates Burn,” building a strong mind-body connection from the inside out. Get ready to work hard, tone up, feel the burn, and have fun.

BARRE

Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity muscle-strengthening and toning full-body workout. Influenced by Pilates and dance, you’ll groove through dynamic movement combinations, holds, and pulses—all to the beat of the music.

YIN YOGA

Yin is a gentle practice designed to relax and unravel tension and stress within the body and mind. Using blocks and bolsters to support your body, we move deep into connective tissues and fascia to enhance flexibility, mobility, and blood circulation. The stillness encourages the mind to relax and transcend into a state of meditation, leaving you feeling tranquil and restored. Suitable for all levels.
